Builders & Selection Meeting
Legacy Flooring Contractors partners with local builders and contractor to supply homeowners with a one stop shop for designing their house.
Although Legacy Flooring Contractors only supplies and installs tile, carpet, hardwood, LVP, and laminate, our designers also help homeowners make paint, stone, and countertops selections as well. *

Selection Meeting
How It Works
- Once you sign a contract with your builder, please contact your builders corresponding Legacy Flooring Designer via email or phone to set up your initial selection meeting.
- At your selection meeting you will go over all design elements in your two-hour time block.
- After the initial selection meeting Legacy Flooring designers will type up your selections and send them over to your appointed project manager.
- The project manager at Legacy Flooring will send over pricing to the builder, then the builder will give you pricing for your selections.
- After you receive pricing for your selections let your Legacy Flooring Designer know so you can set up your next meeting to review your selections, possibly revise your selections, and then sign off.
- Once your selections are signed off the selection sheets will be sent to the builder. *Please note that once signed selection sheets are sent to builder these sheets are final and some builders do not allow changes.
