My husband and I purchased our last home, I'm happy to say. A town home with great bones just bad guts. We contacted Legacy Flooring after they had been recommended by others. Mike and his group not only came in with "great"ideas" on updating our home but was so easy to work within our budget. From ceiling to floors, walls, tiles,cabinets, colors, just name it, we now have the most currant updated materials that I'm seeing in high dollar homes. Neighbors are coming in to meet and greet us and simply can't believe our home. Now friends are ready to update again after they thought they were done(sorry). Talk about professional! We just had our entire main floor installed with beautiful hardwoods. Legacy installers were prompt, efficient, courteous and above all--knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased. This company goes above and beyond in every sense of the word. Our neighbors took one look at our floors and immediately hired Legacy for their flooring project. They give you a detailed estimate with no hidden costs. One main difference is that Legacy goes well beyond the normal scope of work. They move furniture, appliances etc. and even give it a dusting off before putting it all back in place. Our experience says this is a worry-free, hassle-free company to do business with. You can't go wrong with Legacy. I've posted a review twice now but they don't seem to be appearing so, hopefully, the third time is a charm.

We worked with Gabe at Legacy Flooring in Olathe Kansas to remove carpet from three rooms and replace it with Luxury Vinyl Plank Tile. We picked out the tile and Gabe measured and gave us a detailed estimate. The installers arrived on the date and time scheduled. They removed and hauled away the carpet and tack strips, moved the furniture, installed the tile and trim and cleaned up in the scheduled two days. Legacy has a nice showroom and Gabe was easy to work with.

Sheri was excellent to work with when designing a new home. She was very patient with us despite multiple changes we made throughout the process. They have excellent showroom selections and when they were missing one they had an associate deliver it to their showroom while we were there for our appointment.
